All products must be in their original packaging with all accessories and warranty cards included to qualify for a full refund.

  Our support team will review your request and may ask for photos or videos of the device to verify the condition and any reported technical issues.

  Product Pickup

  Once approved, a courier partner will be assigned to collect the package from your doorstep; please ensure the item is securely packed in its original box.

  Refund Processing

  After the item reaches our warehouse and passes a final quality check, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
